Curious as to how the law works exspecially since marijuana has become legal in California starting January 1 2018 and pregnant women are yawing it more frequently through out there pregnancy. What happens if a new born child test positive for thc? Will the child be taken by CPS or will it be okay as long as no other drugs come up positive in baby or mother
