Omg I remember my 1 week , it’s tough I was expecting so much and felt the same as U ! I also thought please don’t say well done to me as it’s nothing to be proud of! It took me a long time to realise that actually it’s bloody huge achievement! And most people are sweating at the moment doing dry January and that’s without addiction, so yes feel proud!
