Yeah I already feel much better than I did in the first month or so, but there are still some days when it's just like holy s*** this whole actually having to feel my emotions thing is just too much.

And weirdly I seemed to have more motivation when I was drinking (although it was never consistent). For now I'm just sticking to my boring routine and hoping I'll re-gain the energy to make other positive changes this year.
