I thought I'd resurrect this thread as I'm on day three of no tobacco
I am vaping to keep the cravings at bay, but I'm not planning to continue long-term. I'm starting out on 18mg liquid, but intending to wean myself down on strength & then quit; not quite sure on a timescale yet though!
