I'm going to make it. I'm going to be just fine.
It's actually my second sober Christmas, since last year it was within my 6 months, and I have had an amazing one. Went to a German Christmas service downtown with my mother, and then had a nice Lobster dinner with my family, before opening gifts. Prior to that I haven't had a sober one in 6 years since i way 18. My depressive moods are less and less. Things are getting better and better, but because unlike other attempts I am actively improving and moving forward.
I will keep it up, and keep posting.
