Never done this so I don’t know how I’m personally supposed to be feeling but I see that I’m making decisions that are sensible now and I wasn’t before ... when I was binge drinking 3-4 times a week.
This is totally new for me and the average stressors of life aren’t getting medicated.
And so far, it’s a lot easier this new way.
