Thanks for the advice guys. I have been doing my best to eat well and every couple hours... I am home and still going strong on day 4. Cravings not nearly as bad as last night... in fact i barley have noticed them today. Will probably try and turn in early tonight as we are supposed to get a few inches of snow over night, so it would be a good idea to get up and leave early... some thing I have NOT been doing for the last 3 days 😅😅
