Embarrassed but back.

Pretty embarrassed to be back here. I have a plan but it seems so much harder and I underestimated how I dwell on stuff and how much rawer things are when u can’t numb them. You actually have to confront the compounded effect from the last 2 years
Still haven’t reached any of the horror stories I read on here but it has been such hard work slowing the fall down that I just feel exhausted.
This is it for me I am just dreading the next couple of months and can’t stop ruminating.
Sorry for the downer it does come with ups just need some smoothing over. Really hope u all have a great Xmas.
