I agree with Anvil.
I'm trying to concentrate on all the wonderful things I can do (and am already starting to do) as opposed to being scared of my past self harming with booze. The problem with looking backwards is that you will remember the horrible moments - but the AV will remind you of the odd few good times too (before the alcohol really got a grip into you).
Nope - I'm driving this vehicle with no rear view mirrors. I'm steering it by looking through my windscreen.
