Healhyandsober - About shame. I recently read the news about one female UFC fighter who had every reason to be ashamed. During the bout, while another fighter tried to submit her, the gal....crapped her pants. It was on prime-time TV. Hundreds of thousands people around the world watched it.
Of course, she was ashamed.
Later on her Twitter she said "I am a warrior. And s*** happens".
Forget about shame. You hated the job anyway if I am not mistaken.
And, above all, stay sober!
