Congratulations on four days. That was always the killer for me. Like you say, feeling better anxiety gone and hey, I can drink again.
I would recommend drinking a sports drink like Gatorade. Doesn't taste great but it's not fizzy and has electrolytes your body needs right now.
Best to on day five.
