I don't have to imagine it. I lived it.
I waited 25 years for a magical lightening bolt to streak down from the heavens and miracle my a$$ sober. It never happened. Making a plan and working a plan produced much better results.
Make the plan.
Work the plan.
Expect discomfort.
Find better ways to deal with the discomfort.
Persevere.
You can do this.
