Hey Dusk. How are you doing? Zumba sounds like a great idea. I've got a yoga studio along the road I need to try. I hope you made it through your day one. I'm doing OK, finding it hard to get back to where I want to be after drinking this week. Looking at AA and, tbh, I'm starting to accept that I can't do this on my own. After a couple of relapses I'm ready to put my hands up!
Please don't feel ashamed about struggling and keep coming back here. I get how you feel. I'm all certain and posting that I'll never drink again and then mortified that I have. It's easy to feel like a fool and not wanna come back but you just have to have faith that everyone is kind, not judging you and understands. In it together Dusk! Gabe x
