Keeping busy is a great part of any action plan - but no one can stay busy 24/7.
Not trying to jinx you at all, but downtime gets to a lot of people who simply 'stay busy' as a plan.
I think a really good action plan needs to have a little about the nuts and bolts about actively not drinking and actively staying sober too.
