I actually had that happen, H&S. The object of my prayer found love, got married, sold her place at a hugely inflated price, and is blissfully happy.
In turn, I am much happier because she isn't so miserable and venting to all of us - spreading her negativity and depression. AND I am not spending toxic time in my own thoughts throwing venom and hatefulness.
It's a win/win.
