One event at a time. Have a plan to drink your favorite non-alcoholic drink. Remember that you don't need alcohol to have a good time. If things get too much for you, you can always leave or cancel. If you have a friend that knows you don't want to drink use them for support. Remember your triggers and stop them before you do something you will obviously regret. Meet the challenge of maintaing on your recovery path.
