Just checking in ... 7:40pm here ... Evening all or Morning / afternoon depending where you are
Just home after the nicest Sunday in as long as I can remember!!!
Usually still drinking myself into oblivion right now convincing myself I'll be fine for work tomorrow then carrying on for a few more days leaving a trail of destruction behind me ...
Not done a great lot today but it's been perfect! Had a real good walk with my dog and cleared my mind, went for a swim with my friend then headed over to my Mum and Dads for a nice meal with them.
Just to be with the people I love and feeling such clarity in my mind instead of plodding along in a daze means the world!
Only thing is I stupidly left my phone there which I need for work tomorrow so it's a train back there first thing in the morn to collect the phone and a train straight back home to start work, only me!!!! lol.
Didn't sleep much again last night so I'm in bed on the laptop drinking lots of chamomile tea and reading and posting on here till I hopefully fall asleep a bit later on...
Thinking of everyone and hope you're all doing ok and having a nice weekend...
