I never tried tapering. Who am I trying to fool. Ah my wife. Ya but she is the one who will be wheel barrowing me into the ER in a couple of weeks.
My scenario.
Go get help love. A doctor.
Probably some meds for withdrawal.
Loads of water and exercise.
