Keep busy Margie and try to put yourself in situations where it'd be almost impossible to do cocaine. Maybe hang out with a friend who looks down on cocaine and would not stand for you doing it?
What's you favorite thing to do without cocaine that you would consider a 'treat'? Whatever it is I'd do that.. That should help..
Most importantly believe in yourself that you have the ability to go a Saturday without it... In my experience without confidence you you have no chance...
