From what I remember he said, if I am at work, I can't be anywhere else but there, so I have to be there 100 percent. Same if I'm on the golf course, I can't do work while I golf, or tend to my family. I'm there to golf, so I am there 100 percent. Whatever room I happen to be in I have to be fully present in that room because I can't physically be anywhere else.
