Listening to AV this morning more than I should... trying to stay strong.
Don't listen Darlad! pay the tape forward and imagine how proud of yourself you will be this evening or tomorrow by not giving in. Remember your AV is just a voice in your head, persistent voice, but a voice none the less. Find a distraction, or meditation, exercise. Or do what I do and give in with a big glass of lemon water, pisses the AV right off!
