Running and Swimming I enjoy, with all the drinking I haven't done much of either but plan to start this next week. I've just felt so exhausted this last few days but will start with walking today then aim to maybe go for a swim at the end of the week.
I have my little dog so he keeps me walking, friends taken him this last few days but I'll get out with him today and push myself. Work from home so it's easy to get very withdrawn feeling like this and avoid the outside world but I know that's the worst thing I can do.
