Glad you came right back. Dust off and move forward. I feel that relapses can be chock full of lessons that can serve you well in the future if you assess what happened. I'm obviously still learning from them. But do feel that I've gained a whole lot more perspective and tools that I didn't have before embarking on the journey. Progress, not perfection. Learn, grow, and do better.
