well i have just come back from long walk with one of my dogs and then went and got some fizzy juice. Trying not to think about cravings, so just sipping my coke and keeping bz while hub is out.

That sounds like me. Blackout then get up the next morning and pretend everything is just peachy. Then wait for any bad news.
