Day 4 here, felt good today. The panic attacks, despite being hideous, remind me why I need to stop this foolishness. Dodged a bullet and got some blood test results today that were better than expected. Sleeping is getting a bit easier . Really happy to see all the people in this class. Seems like a lot of people who have tried and are trying again with a much better perspective. Happy to be onboard.
