Hi, class. Quick ckin here. Good day here and settling into a better routine. Went to the gym RIGHT after work tonight for the first time in a very long time. Also, made a healthy veggie salad when I got home.
My usual routine was to get home from work, pop a beer and then end up eating like cr*p three hours later. Also, dumped every bit of booze I had down the sink.
