Afternoon all its day 3 for me x
still got some tension still in my jaw but last night wasnt to bad, just watched a little tv and had shower and was tired so went to bed early. Today i have a fog brain today where i can't seem to waken up properly doh. Nvm will go try to get active and have more tea to keep me going for a while, then it will be late afo and start dinner for tonight.
