I never posted yesterday and the big news of the day was that I met with the kidney specialist and he was satisfied with what he saw and said I don't have to see him again. He did notice that my liver readings were slightly off
, but since it's not his area of expertise he recommended I speak with my GP about it. I see her on Tuesday.
Exercise was non existent yesterday aside from some minor functional stuff. I won't be doing any today either in observance of the holiday also because I'll be fasting and want to conserve energy.
