Friday, huh? If you're new to sobriety or if weekends are problematic, that's what this thread is for. What are you going to do this weekend? Got plans? Maybe just comfy clothes and a blanket and popcorn in front of the TV? I did a lot of that in early days, it's like recovering from a serious illness.

I'm now in a good routine of healthy food (most of the time,) exercise, meditation, prayer, house-chores on a list (ugh) and really noticing in the moment how good life is.

Whatever time I have left will be spent sober. Every day that's one of the first things I think about. All of my dominoes would come crashing down if I were to drink again, and I never want to forget that. I'm at peace and intend to stay that way!
