And I wanted to say thank you to everyone who sent best wishes to my daughter for her operation on Thursday. I've just read all the gorgeous messages on the old thread. You guys really are the best.
My daughter, like me, loves mindfulness and I think that's been really keeping us calm. She seems fine about the surgery and if she can be brave, so can I. There's definitely a little magic in mindfulness and a ton of magic on this thread. Love you all xxxx
