Day 13 and trigger city over here. It's Thursday and this is when my weekend usually gets started. I usually roll into work on Friday with a major hangover then drink heavily the rest of the weekend. The thought of drinking is entering my thoughts, but I'm going to focus on the positive improvements over this short period of time:

-Heartburn, acid reflux, painful bloated feeling/chest pain is completely gone
-Brain fog is gone
-No longer sleepy at 6pm -back on a normal sleeping schedule
-Insomnia is gone
-Uncontrollable jitters in the afternoon are gone
-No longer binge eating at night (full pizzas, full plate of nachos, etc.)
-No guilty feelings for my covert drinking and hiding of vodka bottles
-More of an interest in doing more productive things (hiking, reading, etc.) instead of just thinking about when I'm going to get drunk.
-Sore muscles, pains, tendinitis are improving rapidly

I'll be checking in and reading this weekend, because I know those demons will try to convince me that since I'm feeling better I can go back to drinking...hell no!
