I feel you, Leeloo,
I have become a chain smoker as well and it is my next step.
At the center for addiction to which i have an appointment on the 29th, I will bring it up. They help with that too.
It's like I can't live an addiction free life to whatever it may be. At least I take comfort in that it's not messing with my brain or causing as much pain.
