Is anyone familiar with Chakra? Shannon posted something about it on Instagram so I'm looking into it.....I guess it has to do with meditation, mindfulness & balancing good energies throughout yourself. I noticed the last time I went to see them, he sat behind the drums and meditated for a while before starting. Anyway, just thought I'd ask.
