I should know what I'm in for, a DR prescribed me 40mg methadone and 32mg hydromorphone when I was opiate naive. I had never taken anything other then vicodin for a tooth being pulled. It was the worst cold turkey that landed me in the hospital. Fast forward now i'm on Vicodin and low dose fentanyl patch and starting a taper.. Praying to God it won't be as bad as last time.. Well that's my story and I'm sticking to it
