That's good, I'm glad your day 1 wasn't too bad. Your body will be in so much better shape to recover this time. Thanks for sharing, I think a proper journal is the next step for me. I feel like I ended up drinking the other night because I just stopped paying attention. I didn't even have a craving. It was so stupid. Maybe taking my eye off the ball is the more dangerous for me than the cravings.
