I hope you are feeling better today- congrats on the 2 days (3 today?).
I can relate to the binge drinking when bored.
I found it was helpful to focus on activities that would keep me busy but also fulfilled. Writing, reading, going to the gym, long baths etc; are all things that help me prioritize my self-care and switch my mind off a little!
You can reach your goal of being booze-free long-term, just focus on each day.
