It's FAIR DAY.
So excited.
Not as excited as when my brain was messed up with alcohol, but that's a good thing.
I think that's a little-talked-about advantage. Nothing gets me all riled up any more and my moods are on an even keel. I haven't cried in over three years. I don't get all wound up and then have to be uncomfortable. If a flash of anger happens, it passes in seconds and I don't dwell on whatever happened that caused it.
I mean, I'm still a little excited about the fair, don't get me wrong.
