I skip to a playlist on my iPod, usually it's most of the songs from the Fleetwood Mac album "the dance". I get a bit carried away with Lindsey Buckingham' s guitar playing. Its always a shock when I realise I'm actually a 51 year old responsible (ish) adult, skipping in my garage and not a 17 year old teenager, sitting on a bus travelling to college with my Sony Walkman blasting out (ah, those were the days....). It's definitely not what Eckhart Tolle would recommend, not exactly "living in the now", but it does mean I get a lot of exercise!
Ankles are complicated joints aren't they, I'm guessing they might take a bit longer to heal (no pun intended
