my sponsor one day told me,"youre on a premeditated drunk."
i told him to bugger off.
about a month later, i had the F-its. i was goin to get a 12 pack.
the only thing that saved me was takin a shower before i went to the store. in the shower i could see how insane the idea was.
and eventually saw my sponsor was right. not only that, i had been working on that thought long before he told me that.
pre meditaited because i wasnt doing anything for my recovery other than just going to meetings. i rested on my laurels.
