Here's a sampling of today's bdays - notice anything? There are many friends here who are over 40, over 50, over 60 and over 70 and beyond. I have 3 years and fall into this grouping. Late is when they throw the dirt over us..........

Alcohol doesn't discriminate, nor does sobriety. Many of us found help in outside programs and meetings. I could not boot strap sobriety. My experience is don't not drink alone.
