I recently slipped after 9 months sober, the mental anguish we go through is horrible. But we both came back here and posted/read so we must want sobriety more than falling back down the hole of hell drinking leads to.
Try to be kind to yourself, you had lots of daily wins and recently one loss. This battle can seem impossible at times and your only human
Get back on the horse and this slip will make you stronger.
