SC, I know as well as you do that Payday is always triggering for you. Maybe this is a good time to chat to your AA pal about a plan for getting through the next one without picking up. Maybe invite her round to dinner or something else that will stregthen your resolve and give you an alternative focus. Have something else lined up for that tricky period. It's time to break that 'It's payday so drink' pattern you've got going there.
And yes - you like guzzing wine. But you don't like all the other stuff that comes on the back of it. And you can't have one without the other. Time has shown you that much already.
