Erratic I listened to the radio music yesterday as a distraction as well.
A few seem to be having mood swings. I'm all over the place ... elation, sadness, anger, tired, energetic. I have heard it's just the rollercoaster ride of early sobriety. I don't know what the answer is except working through it.
Readyatlast I am in the same cycle.. drink stop feel better then drink repeat.
Today is already Saturday in Australia. I have no urge to drink but it normally hits in the arvo. No money helps, no temptation.
