Princess - I would suggest seeking treatment if you can afford it or have insurance. I am in an outpatient treatment program that is helping me turn the corner. I'm starting to get into AA, too.
It's incredibly hard to do it on your own. Take the wisdom, experience, and guidance of others if you can!
