The anxiety is unbearable (Day 4 here). They give me a bunch of meds, and they do nothing. I'm so discouraged
meds arent going to magically take the guilt away. there is no easy fix, but there is a fix- one requiring action over time.
rehabs(which i havent heard of one allowing internet access) teach actions. rehabs start the process of looking at underlying issues.
its your responsability to learn and do the action both there and after.
its going to take T.I.M.E.
