There are meds that some doctors prescribe for cravings but you're best to discuss that with your own doctor.
As for natural anti depressants - I think withdrawal is a very emotional time and it's pretty common to feel a little down and depressed.
Having said that I get good anti depression results from sunshine and exercise
Good nutrition and decent sleep obviously help too.
Have no fear - this is not the best it gets - you will regain your 'sparkle'
