I've been on zoloft (sertraline) for a long time and it's helped me a lot. Any time I've run out for longer than a few days, I've noticed depression comes back. I'll probably always take it and that's ok with me.
Remember, there are a lot of antiD's out there so keep trying them until you find one that works for you.
