some good ideas on managing it too.

just an aside - I had a lot of aches and pain abdominally too in the immediate post quit period - I was *convinced* it was my liver - turned out my liver was somewhere else than where I thought it was.

A blood test revealed no liver problems

The aches and pains subsided in time - hang in there
