Kind of a quiet morning here. This afternoon, I'm getting together with my two best friends from h.s. for a drive down the Mississippi ... Wisconsin's Left Coast. It's exceptionally beautiful and I'm looking forward to the trip. We're doing this to celebrate our birthdays, one in August, one in September and one in October. We're, uh, turning 30.
Should be fun, though it's supposed to be sweltering.
I was still drinking when we did this for our birthdays five years ago. We decided to do a tour of area vineyards. The hell of moderation for me. There is no such thing. I don't remember any more, but I'm quite sure I more than made up for it the next day.
