Pull up a chair

Have a seat.

Take a really deep breath..... again.... again.... again.....

Now, in just a few minutes I want you to get comfortabl, close your eyes, and send yourself off into a picture in your mind.

Picture yourself sober, strong, happy, confident, trustworthy, capable, loving, giving, aware, present, and joyful.

Picture your life as that person. Let your mind's eye guide you to what it looks like .

See yourself. Really SEE yourself in that space.

Watch. Observe for a moment. Stay there as long as you like, noticing the details. Notice the feelings. Notice the beauty.

If thoughts arise like "I can't", or, "If only", or , "This is silly" - just let them go. And go back to the picturing.

"I am sober, strong, happy, confident, trustworthy, capable, loving, giving, aware, present, and joyful."

Watch what arises. Let it come. Be open to it. Crack the door inside the darkness and let the light of your own awareness of Self in Sobriety emerge.

Then open your eyes. Write down a few things you saw.

Smile.

Believe.

Do it again before bed.

Do it again tomorrow.

Keep doing it.

Follow that vision..... magnify it...... become it.
